Barbara M. Pizzolato, P.A. was established in Florida in 2002. The firm was originally created in New York in 1994 when Barbara M. Pizzolato opened her practice as a solo practitioner.
Throughout the years we have provided clients with litigation, business law, probate, trust administration and estate planning. The firm’s main office is in Fort Myers, FL and we maintain offices in Islandia, New York and West Orange New Jersey.
Over the years, we have developed lasting relationships with many of our clients, and many of our litigation and corporate clients have trusted us to handle their estate planning needs. This has lead to our present focus on Trusts and Estate Planning, business succession planning, probate, and trust administration.

Barbara M. Pizzolato, P.A. received her B.A. from Stony Brook University in 1982 and her J.D. from New York Law School in 1987. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey (1987), New York (1988), Connecticut (1988), and Florida (2002).
